Ganesha Festival

In India we have just celebrated the festival of LORD GANESHA.He is the Lord of Success,He is also the Lord of the Internet.Ganesha is the elephant headed deity riding a mouse.

All the farms were closed due to the festivities for a period of 3 days.This offically marks the end of the south-west monsoon.

Now , The farms start to gear up for the coming harvest season starting late november.This year the rains have really been severe and most coffee farm have recieved 25-30% excess rain.This has led to a lot of problems for most farmers.The Karnataka Plantation Coffee group has been lucky due to the timely sprays and Balanced plant nutrition (BPN) suggested by IMT,PUNE the effect on coffee has been minimal.
